“Did you know that saying ‘I love you’ actually produces dopamine? That’s why we love it when people say that to us.”
Will turned to Nico as he said that, a knowing smirk on his face.
“Oh really?” He grinned at Nico. “Is this a real fact, or do you just want me to say I love you more?” At that, Nico blushed profusely, turning away from his boyfriend to focus on his psychology assignment, but Will was having none of it. Lifting himself off the couch that he was reading on, Will raced up to his boyfriend and wrapped his arms around Nico, who let out an adorable squeak. Pulling Nico back onto the couch, Will immediately hugged NIco tighter, all the while chanting:
“I love you. I love you. I love you.”
“Willllll, Stop,” Nico protested, smiling. “I get it. You love me.”
Will did not stop. “I love you. I love you.”
After ten minutes - by which Will’s throat was getting tired, Nico relented, turning to Will and giving him a big kiss.
“Alright, you big sap. Ti Amo.”
