Marinette was breathing heavily and clutching a rosary,it has been twenty minutes since Kagami left,and her mind was racing,what if Kagami didn't come back alive, what if she got hurt
Marinette got up and opened her drawer and took out a small object,it was the miraculous of the goat
Just then she felt Father Henry's words echo in her mind that homosexuality was wrong,"what am I doing" she thought,she sat down and pulled out her rosary, repeating "Ave Maria gratia plena"
But then Marinette got scared,she heard rumors about a secret protocol that the Archbishop of Paris has to deal with threats like these,she could not leave Kagami alone,it wasn't right for her to fight them off by herself, just then the tv blared a girl with a sword appeared at Notre Dame threatening to destroy it,and that girl was Kagami,Marinette forgot about her religion for a second, she had a life to save but then she eyed her crucifix and her mind went Catholic again "it's wrong to sin" she thought
Meanwhile the Archbishop of Paris Monsignor Laurent was doing paperwork when Monsignor Oliver ran into his office and whispered in his ear
Monsignor Laurent walked to a large display case and opened it,he pulled out a large bejeweled cross, he then unsheathed it revealing a sword
He practiced his strike a few times then placed the sword back in it place
Back at the Dupain-Cheng bakery, Marinette was on the verge of breaking down,she must save Kagami,but her heart tells her to stay
Just then a bright light appeared "DO NOT WORRY ABOUT KAGAMI SHE IS POSSESSED BY EVIL,THE ARCHBISHOP WILL SEE TO IT" then the light disappeared, Marinette knew that voice,it was Monsignor Oliver Ribadeu-Dumas
Half hour passed and Marinette couldn't get the words of Monsignor Oliver out of her head, what did he mean by Kagami being possessed by evil,it was true she secretly liked Kagami but confession after confession made her a quiet girl when it came to love
The TV then reported that the Pope arrived to deal with the intruder "So that piece of crap wants to harm my girlfriend he's going to have to go through me" muttered Marinette as she took the miraculous of the goat out of her drawer but then looked at a small icon of the Virgin Mary
Marinette picked up the icon and clutched it but then she began to think "Father Henry, Monsignor Oliver, Monsignor Laurent,even Pope Leo have had power over me for far too long,but that ends tonight,if Kagami wants to date me why shouldn't she, I'll save her,Kill the Pope and blow Notre Dame up till it's nothing but ashes"
Marinette put on the Goat miraculous "Ziggy bleat it" she transformed into Fauchever,and walked out with a mission,save Kagami from the lion that was Pope Leo
