The room is full of countries who know that. Not one of them seems particularly interested in what happens when he refuses. Russia is there, too. He sees everything. He does nothing. And somehow, when the room is finally empty, he's still the only person Serbia wants to reach for.

Summary
A military parade, a very important Russian guest, and a certain road sign that has been haunting Serbia for years. After moving his entire liberation day parade four days early just to accommodate Russia, the least Serbia expects is a little appreciation. Instead, the bastard shows up, eats his food, and starts complaining about false advertising. Serbia, being a perfectly reasonable and well-adjusted individual, decides to settle the matter once and for all. Unfortunately, he forgets about the live microphones and television cameras.
