The apple-topped cane became a pen he placed in his breast pocket. The snake that had wound its way around the brim of his hat slithered down to his neck and became a gold stethoscope, and Lucifer took hold of the end and twirled it around coyly. “Well, how about now?”
Alastor swore he heard a saxophone croon from somewhere.
After reopening his chest wound under embarrassing circumstances and being put on mandatory bed rest, Alastor finds himself having to bottom when Lucifer pays a visit to his room to rub it in (and help him rub one out).
