      Oh, sorry, it's the name of a fandom event on twitter run by Japanese fans. The tag on the fic is just to indicate it's for that event (I think in English it's something like "long life one hour drawing", to indicate it's for this fandom and the fanwork has to be made in an hour). I didn't translate it to honor the fact it's a Japanese event.
