Lister wiped the sweat from his forehead. He was sweating harder than a pig in latex in a sauna. All he had to do was admit that finally, finally Kryten had cooked a curry so hot he couldn't handle it. But then that would mean admitting Rimmer was right for once.
He would rather eat fire than admit that. Because Rimmer would never let him live it down.
“It's delicious Kryten,” Lister croaked, his throat felt on fire, but still he forced himself to smile while Rimmer rolled his eyes. “You've really outdone yourself this time.”
“Smug mode activated,” Kryten said, looking genuinely happy at the news.
