Izumi stared, annoyed, at the small bowl of soup Arashi placed in front of him. He looked about ready to ask a snarky question before seeing an identical bowl in front of herself. He huffed.
It was hard most days for him to eat much of anything, Arashi knew that intimately, but she promised herself she would try. Especially after seeing Tsukasa's heartbroken face over and over again whenever they got too comfortable exposing their ugly habits. She didn't want to give her junior any more grief than she already had, and she knew Izumi felt the same, maybe even more so.
Arashi brought the spoon up to her lips, gently blowing away the heat. She looked at Izumi expectantly. He rolled his eyes and mirrored her. Whatever else came, they were in this together.
